Release date: February 2026
A new version of our app is now available - you'll need to update it to continue using the service.
If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, the update should happen on its own. If not, you'll see a prompt to update the next time you open the app over the coming days. We recommend updating as soon as possible, but just make sure you're on the latest version by Friday 27th Feb to avoid interruption.
Summary of What's New
This update brings more of the features you're used to on the website directly into the app, so you can manage your jobs on the go with greater flexibility.
New in this update:
- Push notifications for all job events (previously limited to new lead invites only)
- Ability to propose and respond to appointment requests
- Ability to propose, accept, and decline job hires and costs
Coming soon:
- Sending a structured intro note when chasing a lead invite.
Push Notifications
Previously, app push notifications were only sent for new lead invites. You can now receive push notifications for new leads and for activity on any connected job, giving you real-time updates without needing to log into the website.
You can also turn off email notifications if you prefer to manage everything through the app, giving you full control over how and when you hear from us.
Read more about managing your notification settings.
New App Features
Appointments
You can now propose, accept, and decline appointment requests directly in the app.

Job Hire
You can now propose, accept, and decline a job hire directly in the app.
Coming Soon: Chase Introductions
Since removing the old intro note feature and making profiles the centrepiece of how homeowners evaluate tradespeople, we heard from many of you that there were still cases where job-specific info was useful to share upfront. The Chase Intro gives you a structured way to do that, without duplicating what's already in your profile.
When you chase a lead invite, you'll soon be able to send a structured intro note to the homeowner, giving them the context they need to make a decision.
Your intro note can include:
- Job photo request - let the homeowner know whether additional photos would be helpful at this stage
- Site visit availability - share your availability for an initial visit
- Timeframe - provide an estimated time to complete the job
- Schedule - indicate when you could realistically start the work
- Call-out fee - specify whether a call-out fee will apply
This feature is due to be released next week. We'll update this article when it's live.
🚀 UPDATE: Chase Intros are now live! - 2nd March 2026
