When jobs are posted by homeowners, our system assigns a token value based on the information provided. The token value is determined by several factors, with the primary factor being the trade category.
What the token value is based on:
- Trade category
- Size and scope of the job
- How urgent the work is
- How much potential repeat work is available
- Whether the client places more importance on price than on quality
- Demand for lead invites in that category and location

Note: Our job token values are dynamic, meaning they are subject to change until the job is won by a tradesperson. When you decide to chase a job lead, you lock in the token value that you saw at the time of chasing - which will only get deducted from your balance if the homeowner chooses to connect with you.
