How to upgrade your current plan
- Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Find the plan you want to upgrade to and select the ‘Get’ button.
3. Confirm the change on the pop-up window. Your upgrade will be charged to your debit or credit card immediately and you can access the additional features instantly.
How to downgrade your current package
1. Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Find the plan you want to downgrade to and select the ‘Get’ button.
3. Confirm the change on the pop up window.
You will maintain access to your current feature benefits until the end of your subscription, at which point you'll move on to the lower plan you have selected.
How to cancel your subscription package
- By default, all plans automatically renew for another term
- Prepaid and pay monthly fixed term plans automatically renew when their current term length ends.
1. Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Scroll to the Subscription details and click on 'Cancel subscription'
- This cancels the automatic renewal of the plan for another full term - it does not cancel any upcoming plan payment instalments you may have on a pay monthly fixed term plan.
3. Confirm the change on the pop up window.
- You will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your subscription period.
