If you are on a legacy Basic Builderscrack account
You are a legacy Builderscrack trade account if you have access to chasing new job leads without a paid subscription. This is no longer available to trade accounts.
- If you are a legacy user and need to chase more job leads, you must upgrade to a paid subscription.
- As a legacy user, once you move to a paid subscription, you will no longer be able to access the legacy basic benefits (limited free job chases each month).
- Our subscription packages offer a range of benefits and you can select an option to meet your current needs.
How to upgrade your current package
- Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Find the package you want to upgrade to and select the ‘Get’ button.
3. Confirm the change on the pop-up window. Your upgrade will be charged to your debit or credit card immediately and you can access the additional features instantly.
How to downgrade your current package
1. Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Find the package you want to downgrade to and select the ‘Get’ button.
3. Confirm the change on the pop up window.
You will maintain access to your current feature benefits until the end of your subscription, at which point you'll move on to the lower package you have selected.
How to cancel your subscription package
1. Visit the manage subscriptions page.
2. Scroll to the Subscription details and click on 'Cancel subscription'
3. Confirm the change on the pop up window.
You will retain access to your package benefits until the end of your subscription period.
What can you access without a paid subscription?
When the term of your paid subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the associated package benefits. This means you will no longer be able to chase new job leads.
If you have jobs in progress with homeowners when your subscription ends, you will still be able to manage these jobs through to completion with the homeowner. If you win the job, you will be charged a success fee, which will be discounted based on your paid subscription type at the point of chasing the job.
How to deactivate your account
If you need to close off your Builderscrack account entirely.
1. Select 'Deactivate' from the My Home menu.
- If you have any open jobs (jobs currently being chased or in contact with a homeowner) you be asked to close these off by updating their job status before you can deactivate your account.
- If you wish to reactivate your account, simply login to Builderscrack again and turn job leads back on.
Are you looking to turn off leads?
