What are lead filter settings?
Lead filters let you control the types of job opportunities you receive from Builderscrack. Rather than sifting through leads that aren't a good fit, you can tailor your incoming jobs to match your availability, working style, and business strengths - so you spend less time declining unsuitable work and more time chasing the right jobs.

What can I filter by?
There are four settings to customise:
-
Size - Filter by small, medium, or large jobs. This helps if your team, equipment, or schedule is better suited to a particular scale of work. A sole trader, for example, might prefer a steady stream of smaller jobs, while a larger crew may want to focus on bigger projects.
-
Timing - Choose whether you're open to urgent jobs that need a quick response, or prefer leads with more flexible timeframes. If your schedule is packed, filtering out urgent work means you won't be chasing jobs you can't realistically take on.
-
Quality or Cost Focus - Some customers prioritise getting the job done at the best price; others care most about a top-quality result and have flexibility on budget. Matching this to your approach means you'll be speaking to customers who value what you offer, making it easier to win work and keep them happy.
- Engagement - Indicate whether you're after one-off jobs or looking to build ongoing working relationships with clients. If repeat business and long-term contracts are important to your growth, this filter helps surface those opportunities.
