Our service is free to use for homeowners.
Once a tradesperson secures a job, and the job cost assigned, Builderscrack then issues the tradesperson with an invoice for the success fee.
Our terms and conditions specify that Builderscrack success fees should never be passed directly onto homeowners, please get in touch if you ever encounter a tradesperson asking you to pay this fee.
