When viewing your profile, you'll see a rating displayed at the top of each of the four different review types. The rating presents homeowners with a quick summary of all reviews within each section.
How we calculate your ratings
- Review ratings are an average calculated using the 10 most recent reviews that are no older than 2 years.
- For verified work reviews, this calculation is done for each of the review elements (Quality of work, Cost, Schedule and Communications).
- For all other review types (verified communication reviews, direct/open reviews, and Google reviews), there is just one score calculation.
- You can see which reviews have contributed to your rating by looking at the reviews on your profile – those which are not faded have been used, those which are faded have not been used.
- Any ‘pending’ reviews are not included in the calculation yet. A review is ‘pending’ for 7 days or until you post a response.
