Behind the scenes, our algorithm matches you with tradies in your area who offer the expertise you need for your job. The system factors in a range of elements:
- Locations serviced by the tradesperson (not just where their office is based).
- Trade categories offered by the tradesperson.
- Review scores - in the specific trade category and overall average.
- Responsiveness and activity.
- If they're new to Builderscrack and don't have reviews yet, we allow a fair opportunity for new accounts to be considered.
- Accreditations and insurance improve a tradie's chances of receiving job leads, but jobs are not currently restricted by these factors, except for jobs listed in asbestos categories. Read more here: Does my tradie need a licence?
We’ll send your job lead out to suitable tradespeople, and you can then check out their profile and previous customer reviews to help you decide who you’d like to engage with.
