If you want to close a conversation with a tradesperson, you can disconnect them from your job.
- From your homepage, click through to ‘My jobs’.
- Click on the title of the relevant job.
- Click ‘Interact’.
- Scroll down to the start of your conversation and click the ‘Disconnect from this tradie’ button. You have the option of sending a message to explain why you're closing the conversation.
- You can also leave them a review for their communication (optional).
