Your connection plan includes tokens to be used on Builderscrack. Your plan will include several allocations of tokens with varying lifetimes.
How are tokens used?
Tokens are deducted from your balance when you chase a job and are connected with the homeowner. If they do not accept your request, no tokens are deducted.
There are two primary types of lead invites:
- Standard lead invites – The lead invite will advise you of the token value of the connection. By chasing the lead invite, you agree to this token value being deducted from your token balance if the homeowner accepts your connection request.
- Direct enquiries – A homeowner may choose to send their job details directly to you using a direct enquiry form. When you receive a direct enquiry, the job details will advise you of the token value of the connection. By accepting the direct enquiry you agree to this token value being deducted from your token balance.
Tokens are non-refundable once you have been connected with a homeowner.
