You can send an introduction note to the homeowner when you chase their job, or when they accept your connection request. The introduction note is managed from the job interaction page.
From the website
- From the 'Messages' view of the job interaction page.
- Click on 'Add intro note'.
- Write your intro note and send.
- Your introduction note will now appear on the messages thread with the homeowner.
On the app
You'll find the introduction in the message thread, simply type a message and send.
