When looking at a Trade Profile, you may notice some reviews have a ribbon icon and others do not.
Reviews with this icon are jobs that were posted on Builderscrack and sent out to our trade network. Suitable and available tradespeople chased the job and the homeowner decided who to engage with and complete their job.
Reviews that appear without this icon are Direct Enquiries - the homeowner has found the tradesperson's profile and sent their requirements directly to the tradesperson. We are unable to audit these jobs in the same way as they are direct communication between the homeowner and tradesperson.
