Updates to Pro

We’ve got an update for you on Pro which coincides with the launch of our new product, Profiles by Builderscrack.

Before we jump into the Pro updates, it’s worth checking out the Profiles product announcement. As a member of the Builderscrack network, you’ve automatically received a free Basic Profile as part of this upgrade (view and edit your Profile).

Quick summary of what’s new with Pro:

We’ve updated the Pro plan names — and you have been upgraded to a Pro Legacy plan
We’ve updated one feature of Pro — the Extended web profile
We’ve relocated existing showcase images from your Extended web profile, to your new Basic Profile.

Update #1: Pro plan names

Now that we have two products to offer — Leads and Profiles — we have updated the product and plan names of Pro.

We've updated these names to better align with how the product functions. For the purpose of this article, we'll keep referring to it as Pro. From then on, instead of Pro, you'll hear us referencing Unlimited or Leads Unlimited in the following places:

The My home area
Managing your subscription
Invoices, and
Support tickets.

What is Pro Legacy?

The Pro Legacy plan has been created to honor everyone who was subscribed to Pro prior to the launch of Profiles.
This means you are now on the Pro Legacy plan
Pro Legacy ensures two things:
- The value from your Pro subscription is retained, and
- The amount of photos you have previously uploaded are preserved (more on this below)
You will continue to receive the same quality leads you’ve come to expect from Builderscrack — the function of leads remains unchanged.

What does Pro Legacy give you?

Pro Legacy enables you to upload unlimited Projects to your profile. This is a huge advantage, as Basic Profiles usually only display 1 project.

Update #2: Extended web profile

Here’s a summary of the updated Pro features.

What's changed about the Extended web profile feature?

Your Extended web profile is the Builderscrack page that shows up in Google if someone searches for your business name
This feature has been completely overhauled and upgraded into a brand new product called Profiles, and you have automatically received a free Basic Profile.

Update #3: Image showcase

If you previously utilised the Image showcase to upload photos of your work to your Web profile, you'll see that your images have moved. This is why:

All of the photos previously uploaded to your Image showcase have been automatically transferred to your new Basic Profile
Within your Profile, there is a section called Projects — this is where your photos are located (see more on Projects below).

This is where your Pro Legacy advantage comes in:

Basic Profiles usually display 1 project and 5 photos, however — because of your Pro Legacy plan — you have the ability to upload an unlimited number of projects to showcase your work.

Review and publish your Projects

All of your previously uploaded photos have been saved into Projects which are currently in a draft status
For example, if you previously uploaded 20 photos, you will now see 4 projects, each containing 5 photos = 20 photos total
You’ll need to review and publish your Projects if you’d like them to be viewed publicly. We wanted to ensure you had the opportunity to reorganise them if need be.

What do these changes mean for your existing Pro subscription?

Changing your billing frequency

Your existing Pro plan, now known as your Pro Legacy plan, is still available in monthly or quarterly subscription payments
Changing your preferred billing frequency does not affect your Pro Legacy status
For example, if you change your billing cycle from monthly to quarterly, or vice versa, you will still retain your Pro Legacy status.

Downgrading your Pro Legacy plan

If you decide to downgrade your Pro Legacy plan to the Leads Basic plan, the number of projects and photos shown will be determined by the type of Profile you have
If you have a Basic Profile, only 1 project and 5 photos will be displayed (the rest will be stored in your Project Index)
If you have a Premium Profile, up to 50 projects with 20 photos each will be displayed.

Cancelling your Pro Legacy plan

If you decide to cancel your Pro Legacy subscription, you will forfeit the Pro Legacy status
Subscribing to Leads Pro in the future will be in accordance with the Leads Pro plan and feature list.
