When a homeowner finds your Profile on Builderscrack, they can send their job details directly to you rather than posting their job to our wider trade network.
How will I know if it is a Direct Enquiry?
Direct Enquiries will be sent to you in the same way you receive job leads (this may mean you receive an email, push notifications via our app or notifications when logged in to Builderscrack).
The enquiry will be clearly labelled as a Direct Enquiry on the email and in your new leads section on Builderscrack.
How do I chase a Direct Enquiry?
You will need to be subscribed to a Business or Advantage package to accept the Direct Enquiry and be put in instant contact with the homeowner.
If you aren't on Business or Advantage, you can upgrade if you wish to accept the enquiry.
What are the success fees for a Direct Enquiry job?
There are no success fees for Direct Enquiries.
Can I be reviewed for a Direct Enquiry?
Once you accept a Direct Enquiry, it then follows our standard job process. This ensures both our homeowners and tradespeople capture a digital record of the job and enables the homeowner to leave a review for the job.
Do I have to accept a Direct Enquiry?
No, you don't have to accept the enquiry. We just ask that you decline the enquiry, this allows us to follow up with the homeowner and help them to find an alternative tradesperson.
