If the price changes on a job, you can provide updated pricing to the homeowner from your account:
- When a job has been secured and a cost is provided, it moves into your 'Archived' job list. Open the job from this page.
- Click the Re-cost button (if changes are minor) or the Re-quote button (if changes are significant provide a full new quote) on the job.
- Send an updated cost, and include a message to the homeowner as to why you're supplying a new cost.
- Once the homeowner confirms the updated price, our system will adjust your success fee (if applicable) automatically.
If you have already paid your Builderscrack invoice and the revised job cost is less than the original, we will reissue the success fee based on the new job price and credit the difference to your Builderscrack account.
