You can communicate with tradespeople chasing your job using the ‘interact’ messaging function on Builderscrack. This way you’ve got a digital record of what’s been agreed and discussed on a job, ensuring everyone’s expectations are the same.
To message your tradesperson:
- Login to Builderscrack and click on ‘My jobs’
- Select the job
- Click the ‘Interact’ button beside the tradesperson you want to speak with
- You can then send them a message.
Has your tradesperson dropped your job?
Sometimes tradespeople will drop a job – this happens for many reasons; they may have a full schedule or they may have discussed the job with you and not wish to chase it further.
If they’ve dropped your job it will say ‘Dropped’ next to their name.
If you need to get in touch you can do so by clicking through to ‘Contact again’.
