It’s fast and easy to review a tradesperson you’ve interacted with. We encourage our homeowners to review the tradespeople they engage with – whether or not they actually won the job.
Leaving a Communications Review
You can leave a Communications Review for the tradesperson you are engaging with, you’ll see the ‘Review’ button on the job interaction page.
Builderscrack will ask you to provide a Communications Review if you cancel a job or if you drop a tradesperson you’re engaging with.
Leaving a Workmanship Review
When your job is done, we encourage you to leave a review of the tradesperson’s workmanship, value for money and communication style.
When you award a job to a tradesperson, you’ll see a ‘Review’ button appear on the job interaction page. You can come back to this at any point and we’ll remind you to leave a review.
