Leave a review - we monitor accounts that receive poor reviews and it will help other homeowners when viewing their profile. Reviews should be fair and factual.
- Use the 'Report a tradesperson' button on your job post, or contact our Support Team.
- Report to their relevant trade authority for serious misconduct - e.g. if they carried out unlicensed restricted building work. The Consumer Protection page 'report a tradesperson' has a list of specific trade licensing bodies.
